I was inquisitive of this place because I hear "la vie" everywhere. I used to study French and "La Vie" means "the life" but in Norwegian ( yes i study it also.. lol) it means "lets way". I was bothered on what the place is really about and so I visited it. Well, my French was right all along. It means "the life". It gives us a taste of what the French culture is. If you are a pastry and wine aficionado, I would suggest you come and visit here. This is a romantic place to have a private dinner with a special someone. Yes, just like our impressions of French people "Romance, Love, J'aime, Amor".. this place says it all =)

Firozian Indian Tea House
The place is across Cebu Doctors' Hospital. I heard from a friend that this place is popular for their delicious Bandong and their gypsy. Out of curiosity, i decided to go there. I was surprised how peculiar the place is in a good way. As I go inside the cafe, it seem to me like I walked in to India ( well i hadn't been to India but its an intelligent guess.. lol) If you would like to have a glimpse of India in Cebu, i highly recommend this place plus a little fortune telling. lol

Sunday 2pm Cafe
It is another cafe located near Sarosa. It is a Korean-like cafe similar to Cafe Noriter. I love their colorful, friendly and playful atmosphere. This is a nice place to channel back to our childhood days where crayons, pencils and a set of bondpapers are considered happiness. I highly recommend this place =)

Anya's Place
The place was unknowingly a restaurant since it seem like a native house on the outside. The area was decorated in an old sophisticated manner. The food was delightful but it took a couple of hours for us before we enjoyed our meal. They are understaffed. Nevertheless if you are not in a hurry and you want a flavorful meal, I recommend this place.
Staff: Poor, Unfriendly maybe because they are few in number barely 3 served customers in a restaurant with many people
Place: 1 thumbs up

Brioche
The place was newly painted when I entered. It is found across Cafe Saree. It is quite small but the cakes were "moi delicioso!". I love their chocolate cake. It is flavorsome. Highly recommend this cafe if you are fond of chocolate cakes =)

Cafe Caw
if your looking for a place to have a meaningful conversation with friends, Cafe Caw is the right place to be. The environment is comforting. I love how the staff smiles and welcome us when we enter the place. The drinks are affordable and quite big for the price. I love their milk teas. =)
Cafe Noriter
The cafe is located across Ayala Center. It is a small cafe famous for its cheerful and Korean ambiance. I love how the "post-its" and different color spread throughout the cafe. It gives a playful mood for people visiting the cafe. The lovely stuff toys and those huge glasses are my favorite. This is a nice place where in you can have lots and lots of meaningful pictures with your friends. A highly recommended place for bonding moments. Due to its not so big place and the numerous people visiting the cafe, a reservation is recommended.

Little Saigon Big Bangkok
A little taste of Thailand in Cebu. Its amazing how you can find a place where you can actually have a glimpse of Bangkok. The place is a unique blend of Thai and Filipino cuisine. I love how the place is decorated. The food was also very delicious. They have big servings also which is really good for food aficionados like me =) This place is highly recommended. Two thumbs up =)
Dolce Cafe
Been here for the first time this very day of January 24,2014. I was invited by my friends a couple of times in this place but there's always that "force majeure" that always hinder me in going there. Finally, I had visited the area and true to what my friends told me, the place was magnificent. The staffs are friendly especially "mr Ken" the one who served us with food. He was so friendly that he said YES for our multiple camera pictorial shots (girls are girls right? =) ). The staff allowed me to have my cellphone charged in their working area since there was no available outlet also (so friendly right? ). I also love the place's ambience.. so peaceful.. not to mention that picturesque view outside the shop. This place is perfect if you want a private place where you want to think and getaway with the city's pollution.
